For all of you faithful readers, I will give an update.

Things have been a little rocky for the past couple of weeks. I started school on the 18th. This is my last semester of seminary.....Praise The Lord! I am grateful for the experience that I have had these past 3 1/2 years, but I am a tad ready to get the heck outta TX. So, my first weekend of being back in school was spent being sickly with sinus congestion. I got over that only to get sick the very next weekend with food poisoning. It was B -A - D!! I would not wish that on my worst enemy, I felt like I was near death. It took me three full days to recover from that junk. So, I am getting better now and hope that I dont get sick anymore, because it was zero fun.

I do have a pretty busy schedule for school this semester, but nothing in comparison to last semester. I am trying not to get senioritis as I approach graduation, so I am just trying to keep myself busy.

In a couple of weeks I will be flying home to attend the wedding of my best friend from High School, Candice. I am very excited about seeing her and her beau and I am also excited about getting in my dad's new hottub! Wahoo!

So, things are still pretty busy here. I hope to post some more pics soon, but I tend to forget while I am at home. I usually crash after work and there is little brain activity, but I will try to remeber soon!

Peace Out

Red Panties and a cape

Ok, so Chris and I watched Superman Returns last night for the first time. I like Superman just as much as the next girl who really cares nothing about comic books, but I came upon a revelation last night. Now, for all of you Superman superfans out there, please take no offense to my revelation. As I was watching the movie last night, I noticed that of course Superman is portrayed as this wonderful Hero and everyone loves him and looks up to him. He has huge muscles and is stronger and faster than anyone could ever imagine to be themselves. But then I realized that this icon wears his underwear on the outside of his clothes. This made me laugh hysterically as I realized this. I shared my revelation with Chris and he didn't think it was too funny because he thought I was making fun of Superman, but I tried to explain that I wasnt making fun of him. I was simply amused at the irony of the fact that there are millions of people out there that adore a superhero who wears his undies on the outside of his clothes. If he was a normal human being, the only reason anyone would pay attention to him would be to make fun of him. Is there anyone else out there that thinks this is funny?

Major Update

Ok, so much has gone on since my last post. First of all, Chris graduated from Seminary on December 15th! Way to go! Then, a week after he graduated we made our trek back to the southeast. We first stopped off in at his parent's house in GA, then I went to have Christmas with my family in TN, then Chris joined me in TN for a couple of days. Then, only a week after we left TX, we made the trek back to TX. Chris has moved into a new apt, so we brought back a big load of furniture for his new apt. Then, on New Year's day, we had the most fun at the Cotton Bowl. For you non-Auburn fans out there, Auburn beat Nebraska in the Cotton Bowl! Wahoo, War Eagle. Then, of course we started back to work on the next day. I will begin my final semester of seminary next week on the 18th. This is a very fun, sad, exhilarating, and surreal time for me. I cant believe that I have made it to the end. Just a year ago, I had no idea when I would be able to finish seminary, but I am so glad that the Lord has been so faithful to see me to the end. I wanted to give up many times, but I am so glad that I stuck it out. Below you will find many of the pictures from graduation, holiday, and bowl game! Also, check Chris' blog for more pictures.
