I finally remebered to put pictures on here from my trip to Chattanooga. The following pictures are from the waterfront of the Tennessee River in Chattanooga. They recently built a new saltwater aquarium right beside the huge freshwater one. My stepmother, Helen, works downtown and so dad and I brought her lunch one day. We sat right on the edge of the waterfront with our feet hanging off the edge of the dock. It was so nice. We then strolled around to see all the new stuff that had been built recently. If you are ever in Chatt-town, stop on by!
This is a really interesting sight outside of the new aquarium. This is a passageway that represents the beginning of the Trail of Tears. As you can see the wading pool is underground with a walkway above it. The steps lead up the aquarium. I am taking the picture from the waterfront. The wading pool has an image made out of tile in the bottom of it, as you can see on the left of the picture, dad and Helen are looking into it. I cannot remeber what the image is, eek!
Me, being a kid again staning in the waterfall on the steps.
