A night on the town, sort of

So, we didnt go to Krispy Kreme last night, but we had a great time gallavanting around. We decided to go downtown for dinner and we saw a new restaraunt that looked interesting, so we thought we would give it a try. It was an Italian restaraunt, Taverna. Chris likes pizza and so we thought it would be good. Well, the moment we walked in we realized that this was not going to be a good experience. It took our waiter 10 mins to even come and get our drink orders and when we told him that we were just going to drink water, he looked at us like we had leprosy. So, we gave him about another 10 mins after that to come back and take our meal order and when he never showed up, we got up to leave. Dont get me wrong, it wasnt crowded in there at all. It was like 5:30pm and there were about 5 tables out of 50 that were full. So, we got up to leave and walk to the end of the block to a favorite restaraunt of ours, P.F. Changs. It was wonderful! Chris and I both enjoyed our meals and the service we received. So, we go back home, put some cookies in the oven and pop in a movie. A great night indeed!
