You might be a redneck if.....

So, Emily out decided that we were going to lay by the pool a little while on Sunday afternoon after church. We laid by the pool on Saturday and about died of heat stroke, so we decided that it would be best to get a float so that we could stay in the pool and hopefully not get overheated. Good idea right?? Well, we thought so. We stopped by Wal-Mart after church and picked up two floats. When we returned to Emily's, we proceeded to blow up the floats with a pump. Well, Emily's blew up just fine. We started to blow up mine and it seemed ok, but as we were heading out the door, we could tell that it was deflating. We then discovered that my brand new float had a hole in it. Grrrr....stupid cheap float! So, Emily and I decided that the best thing for it was DUCK TAPE. Sounds like a great idea!!! We spent the next 20 minutes patching up the hole. Emily finally decided that she couldn't hear the hiss of the air escaping from the hole anymore, so we made our way to the pool. This was hilarious to us, so I thought I would share it with the rest of you.
